This Privacy Policy describes how BRIX ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the BRIX mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Portfolio data: LEGO sets you add to your portfolio, purchase prices, and conditions you enter.
• Usage data: How you interact with the App, which screens you visit, and features you use — collected via Firebase Analytics.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version — collected via Firebase Crashlytics for error reporting.
• Scanner data: Images captured by the camera are processed on-device or sent to our servers solely to identify LEGO set information. Images are not stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's features
• To sync your portfolio across devices
• To send you price alerts and market updates you opt into
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the user experience
• To process subscription purchases via RevenueCat

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

4. Data Storage and Security

Your portfolio data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, located in the United States (us-central1 region). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase Security Rules to ensure only you can access your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

BRIX is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

8. Changes to This Policy
